Pulsar On-Site Service & Support Centre Announced For the Great British Shooting Show 2024
Fifteen years after the first Pulsar device was launched, our devices have become renowned for their unparalleled robustness and durability, but even the best sometimes needs a little TLC. For this reason, Pulsar are delighted to announce that, as a way in which to reward our loyal customers, we will — for the first time ever — be offering an on-site Service & Support Centre at the Great British Shooting Show 2024!
Dedicated and highly trained technicians from our exclusive UK & ROI distributor, Thomas Jacks Limited, will be carrying out these services and minor repairs for the duration of the show. So, if you’ve noticed some wear and tear to your device’s high-use components (such as eyepieces and lens caps), bring it along to the Pulsar stand (E1) and they will get it back to you on the same day. What’s more, if the parts are available and the work can be carried out on-site, this service will be complimentary.
The Great British Shooting Show will be the only hunting and country sports event the Pulsar Service & Support Centre will be available at throughout all of 2024.
The Pulsar Service & Support Centre will be available from 09:00-15:00 each day of the show (Feb 23-25). Please note that this is an on-the-day service and we are unable to accept pre-bookings.
