The Pulsar Service & Support Centre at the 2024 British Shooting Show is provided by Thomas Jacks Limited, the exclusive UK & ROI distributor of Pulsar products.
The Pulsar Service & Support Centre will be accepting devices during these times:
- Friday 23rd February – 09:00 – 15:00
- Saturday 24th February – 09:00 – 15:00
- Sunday 25th February – 09:00 – 15:00
All repairs are carried out at the discretion of Thomas Jacks.
Repairs are subject to the availability of the required spare parts.
Due to the limitations of tooling, equipment, and environment, only minor repairs and servicing can be carried out.
You agree that we must collect, process, and use the data you provide to process your service/repair.
All devices are left at the owner’s risk.
Devices will not be returned without providing the paperwork we issued you when your device was left with us.
Service and Repairs will be carried out in the order they are received.
Thomas Jacks will not be issuing RMA numbers or accepting devices that cannot be repaired at the British Shooting Show. If your item cannot be repaired at the show we will take note of your details and contact you the week commencing 26th February 2024. Please note that your device will be subject to our normal returns process and timescale.
Servicing and repairs will only be carried out on-site by a Pulsar-trained technician.
Any parts removed and replaced on devices will be retained by us.
Service and repairs are only available for devices purchased in the UK & ROI.
Thomas Jacks will not be able to accept any devices that are mounted to firearms at the show. Please ensure you remove your device from your firearm before handing it over to a technician.
If your item is not collected by the end of the day it was left with us at the British Shooting Show, Thomas Jacks will attempt to contact you using the details you left with us. If we do not have contact within 90 calendar days a further message will be sent notifying you that it considers your product to be abandoned and will be disposed of how we see fit.
Thomas Jacks reserves the right at any time to suspend its Service & Support Centre at the 2024 British Shooting Show.

The Pulsar Service & Support Centre is an on-the-day service only and Thomas Jacks will not be able to accept pre-bookings.
