The purpose of this upgrade service is to maintain the longevity of the Telos thermal imaging monoculars, allowing you to upgrade parts as new technology becomes available (whether that’s a new sensor, a larger objective lens, or the addition of a laser rangefinder) at a fraction of the cost, meaning you can stay ahead of the technological curve and keep your Pulsar device running at the top of its game, without having to purchase a completely new device.
Every entry in the Telos series is already built to last, this upgrade service only offers further evidence that the Telos is truly a long-lasting and sustainable device.
Step 1
Choose your upgrade(s) from the list above. Choose by the model you are starting with and select the model you would like to upgrade to. Click on “Add to basket”, head to the checkout, and pay. Once we have received your order, we will start the upgrade process.
Step 2
Thomas Jacks, our exclusive UK & ROI distributor, will arrange for your device to be collected free of charge. When boxing up your Telos device, please remember to include a copy of your original proof of purchase.
Step 3
Once received, Thomas Jacks will process your upgrade request and your Telos device will be sent to Pulsar’s UK headquarters.
Step 4
Once Pulsar has carried out the upgrade, your device will be sent back to Thomas Jacks and checked by quality control to ensure your device is at the top of its game.
Step 5
Your Telos will return to you with your chosen upgrades applied, so you can enjoy all the benefits of new technologies without losing the familiarity of your device. Return shipping is covered by Thomas Jacks free of charge.
